Orders
How can I place an order?
Ordering with Saint Doux is very simple! Just browse the site, find the items that interest you, select the size/colour (if applicable), and click "Add to Basket". Then follow the guided steps to complete your payment.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal or Shop Pay. We also accept Saint Doux gift cards.
Can I order as a guest?
Yes, we allow guest checkout for your convenience. However, we recommend creating an account so you can easily access your order information in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@saintdoux.com. We will do our best if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, we can no longer modify it.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout:
- Standard Delivery (Free): 5 to 9 working days.
- Express Delivery: 4 to 7 working days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your customer account, if you have created one.
Why is my tracking number not showing any information?
It can sometimes take 24 to 48 working hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. If after 48 hours you still don't see any updates, please contact us at contact@saintdoux.com.
Do you deliver internationally?
At present, we focus on delivery within the United Kingdom.
Do I have to pay customs taxes (VAT)?
No. All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is the final price you pay, including UK VAT. For deliveries within the UK, there will be no customs charges or additional taxes upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after receipt of your order. If an item doesn't suit you, please contact us at contact@saintdoux.com to initiate the returns process. The item must be returned in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for all details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise! If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@saintdoux.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the refund. This will be credited to your original payment method within 10 to 14 working days.

To find the perfect size, please refer to the unique "Size Chart" (or "Size Guide") available on each product page. We advise you to compare these measurements with your own.
Do you have physical shops?
Saint Doux is a 100% online shop. We don't have physical shops, which allows us to offer you quality products at the best price.
